Gochujang Broccoli

This is a delightfully simple snack or side, perfect for making the most of the Korean chilli sauce available now on The Market.

Ingredients:

1 broccoli

1 tbsp gochujang sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

a pinch of sea salt

4 tbsp yoghurt

2 spring onions (sliced)

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and add to a lined baking tray.
  3. Add the gochujang sauce and sesame oil to a bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
  4. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss well to coat. Bake until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
  5. Serve hot with spring onion and yoghurt for dipping, and enjoy.
