Gochujang Broccoli
This is a delightfully simple snack or side, perfect for making the most of the Korean chilli sauce available now on The Market.

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
1 tbsp gochujang sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
a pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp yoghurt
2 spring onions (sliced)
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and add to a lined baking tray.
- Add the gochujang sauce and sesame oil to a bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss well to coat. Bake until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
- Serve hot with spring onion and yoghurt for dipping, and enjoy.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
