Sticky & Spicy Gochujang Maple Corn Ribs
Picked up some gochujang sauce from The Market? Make the most of it with this spicy twist on a classic corn ribs recipe.

Ingredients:
2 corn on the cob
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp gochujang sauce
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions (chopped)
Recipe:
- Boil the corn on the cob for 10 minutes so it softens up in the middle, then cut each one into four ribs.
- Toss the corn ribs in oil and add to your air fryer. Cook at 180C for 10 minutes, until the ribs start to curl. curl. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook them in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4.
- Meanwhile, combine the gochujang sauce and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over a low-medium heat until it bubbles and thickens slightly.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the corn ribs. Toss well to coat. Dish up the corn ribs and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions - enjoy!
